What's your pricing?
Every partnership is customized to fit you and your needs, plus the cost of your order (MOQ: $250). We take care upfront to ensure that every partnership is customized to complement your business best.
What kinds of businesses do you partner with?

Are there minimum/maximum order quantities in each partnership?
Minimum order quantities start at $250 for all partnerships. MOQs are separate from partnership investments. Your sales contact can confirm an exact maximum order quantity upon request.
What is your U.S. shipping policy?
Orders ship from Guatemala through DHL Express in environmentally conscious shipping material. Shipping time is between 5-7 days door to door.
What's your return policy?
We understand the ebbs and flows of retail. To support our partners, Tierra & Lava offers a buy-back program for unsold or expired inventory within a 6-month timeframe. Your personal sales contact can help you initiate a return if necessary.
Do you create custom products with partners?
Yes. We are thrilled to work with our partners to create unique beauty experiences from source to skin. There are a near endless array of opportunities for exclusive co-branded products, leveraging our 70+ product recipes and unique local botanicals. What are your payment terms?
Invoices are due within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. A late fee of 10% will be added for every week of delay.
